I have three:

1st: When Ranbir Kanya agree to get married for real, he calls her and Pooja picks up the phone and pretends to be Kanya, then Ranbir finds out that its Pooja. He talks to Kanya, Shantu listens on the other end. After phone conversation, Pooja, Shantu tease Kanya about her kid's names. If its a boy then they'll name it Saandu, if its a girl, they'll name it ghedi! haha.

2nd: When Ranbir is in the shower and asks Kanya to pass him his towel. Instead Shatu gives him his towel, and in the process of teasing him, he pulls Shantu into the shower with him, Shantu runs to Kanya saying "Mein looy gayi, barbad hogi!! He tried to rape me!!" lol. That was so so SO FUNNY!

3rd: When Ranbir gets kidnapped, And the lion people fall in love with Shantu. She says to one of the gundas. "Ae, hackla, 100 backriyaan marne ke baad tu pe da hua, sala hackla!"

I love Shanta Thai! She is so funny. God Bless that woman!

I love it whenever she says " Ae...ye what, what nahin, salee teri WAT laga dhun gi main!" LOL.
