After reading the review of God Tussi, I do not want to watch the movie because I saw some clips of him talking to god and it reminded me of his Hum Dil De chucke Sanam scene where he also talks to God.
some of the reason are he does the same things over and over in his movies like the above reference, he also dances the same old style from his old movies, he tries hard to be a young looking hero that woos a much much younger heroine.
He needs to play roles that are not always comical. He is at an age where he needs to experiment new roles and not just act all comical all the time. All his movies, he usually only has a funny role and an innocent look role when in real life lets see he ran over and killed a homeless man, beat his girlfriend, killed and shot rare animals because he thinks he is larger than life and can get away with it which he can because his fans see him as god basically.
Look at Shah Rukh who did Chak de and other roles, Look at Aamir who does different types of roles, look at Askhsay who also plays different roles many times but Salman is always playing roles that are comical and not serious or different.
On the personal front, I think he never ever got over Ash and never forgived that came between them during fights (shah rukh khan). He has gone thru so many girlfriends its sick. He does not like many stars who did not follow his thinking or showed more popularity during concerts(like Shahid and John ).
I will though say the only 2 good movies he made was Hum dil de chuke sanam and Hum apke hai kaun.
I certainly hope he does something different in his next movie.
