I am a bigtime health freak.
What do you do to keep yourself fit?
I go to the Gym preferably three to four times a week and also take care of my diet. I believe in eating right.
Do you think people are suddenly becoming health conscious?
Yes, I think people are increasingly becoming conscious of their health especially in the metros the awareness and the exposure for working women is immense. The women are well educated and are taking care of their bodies.
Do you think it's a trend to be in shape?
There is a certain kind of competition as far as clothes are concerned. Everyone wants to look good and prefer to wear western clothes.
What is your medium of exercising?
I go to the gym (read Sykz) when ever I can and do both cardio and weight training alternately.
How many meals do you have in a day and which is the most important?
I take five meals in a day and breakfast is very important for me.
Do you take a day off from your strict diet to pamper yourself?
Oh! Lots of times, I love to eat chaat and other roadside food.
What does your diet comprise of?
I take food from home and don't take unit food. I indulge in protein diet from Monday to Friday and carbohydrates on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you gorge on any health drinks?
I take a lot of Protein Shakes throughout the day.
Who do you think is the most fit guy/gal in the industry?
According to me Shilpa Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan are both very fit in Bollywood. But in the television industry most of the actors are fat and not really fit.
