First thing, I don't think Prachi is aware that Mallika is Ayesha's murderer, she only knows about her obsession over Milind. Mmm..After seeing Thursday's episode, hearing Prachi say she will go to any extent to get Milind out of jail, I think Prachi will sacrifice Milind, and go ahead and do Prachigiri.

So according to Prachi, if she (P) stays in Milind's life, than Mallika would never use her contacts to give Milind bail, so according to Prachi, her presence in Milind'a life is what is stopping Mallika from being a alibi or witness in Milind's defence and she is a musibat for him. So the only option for Prachi would be to leave Milind forever. I know it sounds horrible, but Prachigiri it is.
