Why female officers are not long lasting?

It started off with Asha, i dont really remember how this character was chopped off from the show, she is seen nowadays in KS as Jigyasa. According to me she was the bestt female cop in CID's history😃.Next was Aditi but she died in the show, I dont know if she is in any other soap or not. Muskaan was doing quite well.She stayed for a long period of time but unfortunately she left and got into different commercials. Dr Niyati was doing so well but she had to go too. Deviyana was more like the time pass, she was there just for the sake of it😕. Still we had a little hope that she will have the qualities of a cop sooner or later but soon she was gone with the wind .Kaveri who entered the frame few episodes back is gone as well.😕😕

I wish if Asha could havee been here with CID till today, then we didn't have to see all these enters & exit..but I think one just needs to stick with the show, if someone expects that entering in CID means getting a lot of attention even more than the characters of Daya, Abhijeet then he/she must have been disappointed..I can clearly remember when CID started then Daya also a naive..was given minimal dialouges to deliver..all the time he had to stand behind the seniors ..still he is today so popular, successful becuase he sticks to the show with full belief..but most of the people just can't be satisfied with the roles they get...I don't know why Kaveri is missing now a days, but if she is missing just to enter another show then it's sad, kaveri's role wasn't at all unimportant, infact at the very first day she was given a lot of work, Devyana left CID for MTPH of NDTV Imagine, & it's actually their personal choice in which show they would act..but sadly very sadly speaking that the male actors of CID has shown far more loyalty & faith upon this show, females couldn't do it..may be it possible that CID demands a lot of hardwork like shooting in outdoor is a must..& a female lead might have problem for that, I too wish to see someone who will remain for a long time with the show

Leave the new comers but ppl like kaveri/Deviyana were already part of serials when they entered CID. they were into different shows so I dont think they chose to join CID because they were not getting a job. The chracters they are given to play are not strong enough or rather I shud say not well defined. Its really sad that not only 1 or 2 but so many of the female officers left the team, if they chose a show like CID then undoubtedly they knew it requires hardwork, in other words it will not be a cake walk. Today's woman can do anything n everything, they are not feeble that they wud backout coz of the extreme pressure they have to tolerate in CID.

I think no character is well defined from the very beginning, gradually we can understrand the shades of the characters, they can't expect that characters should be given utmost importance in a thriller, it's possible in any drama serial, & exactly that is happening...the girls are joining drama serial where the story evolved around their characters..but in a thriller like CID that can't be possible....today if we understand the character sketches of ACP, Abhijeet Daya cause...we have seen then from a long time, here..the story is given the most importance..not the characters, that is the problem, & here I'm nt only talking abt. female, but male actors too probably left for this...as Manav Gohil left some years ago...& abt. the hardwork I can say that when Aditi aka Smita Bansal left the show she told that she couldn't take more stresses cause it demands a lot of outdoor shoots which involves a lot physical exorsion..as far as one is single ..that becomes no problem..but after marriage & more specifically after having child one woman needs to cut off their working hours ...so they probably choose those shows which offers them character centric scripts...
