Why is it that all Doctor's are portrayed as Characters that can be bought easily?

Its like you throw them a couple of bucks and they do whatever you say..

Doctors are actually pretty rich and they really dont need that much money...Almost in every single show a Doctor is bribed into doing something illegal

Like for instance, Kalika told the Doctor to tell Saloni that her baby died...he even knew that his degree will be taken away and that his career will be ruined...but he still does it....WHY?

Do any of you guys think this is right? that doctors are portrayed as money-hungry?Alot of people probably dont trust doctors because of how they are shown in TV...
