This will be a very positive step in RM relationship but before that its surely gonna cause some problem or the other in AR this time riddhima will support him but wat if muskaans parents come and scream arrnd the hospital that "mera damaad kaha hai mera damaad kaisa hai"....hence AR relationship doesnt come out in the open but AM comes out and dr.shashank also knows abt it....

i know, i was worried about the same when i saw todays episode. those patyala episodes were the most horrible ones. i cant dare to see anymore. if they come i will stop watching
