jyothi, chaska meter gives the rating of the serials.... they show the top 5 serials... the rating is based on :
1)votes by the IF members
2)number of hits on the forum... eg, now of times people visit DV forum
3)the comments that v give in the rating

every week they provide us this meter.. n v give our rating n comments. based onthis they rate the serial.
it is usually given as sticky topic in every forum...
