Actor Akshay Kumar never shies away from doing some risk defying stunts in his films.

His next release 'Singh is Kinng' also has some good dose of it.

While shooting a scene on the Gold Coast, he had to jet ski in deep water.

But he would not do so without an official license. But he rose to the occasion.

Producer Vipul Shah on the incident says, "It takes three days to get a jet-ski license

but Akshay explained the time constraints. He did a three-day course in 12 hours.

He got up at 6 am and got his license by 7 pm. He had to give a written and a practical test.

The action scene we have shot is one of the most expensive ones that Bollywood has ever seen

and has been directed by Danny Baldwin.

The beauty about the action in Singh is Kinng is that not only is it great to look at

but makes the audience laugh as well. These are very high-end action sequences.

Akshay had to be very careful in certain sequences, for instance,

the scene in which he had to jump from one moving lift to another without supporting cables.

But Akshay is Akshay! He did it with much panache and agility.

Enjoy watching it in the film," he adds.

Akshay Kumar reveals, "Going through a theory and practical exam waslike going back to school."

'Singh is Kinng' releases on Thursday, August 7.

It is an Indian Films - Studio 18 worldwide release.

I can't wait to watch this movie! I love the Talli Hua song and Bas Ek King. most of the songs have a really good beat. I saw Akshay over the weekend as he was here to promote this film, and it was a dream come true for me, i've waited for 15 years! 😃 Sigh, kya aadmi hai!

Who else is watching the movie this week? I'm going to watch it on Friday. My mother is more excited than I am because she's an Akshay Kumar fan lol 😆 I'm sure it's going to be very good
