Saloni's Hallucination

This is kind of like a blooper or maybe saloni was just shocked and started imagining due to the "loss" of her child. If Saloni's child is alive, why was she imagining some kid telling her, "Mummy, main to jaa rahi hoon," after she overheard the nurses saying that her child was stillborn? What were they trying to show in this scene? 😕 I remember a similar scene from Kasamh se, when Bani lost her very first child. At least it made sense in her case.
