It seems it depends on the ciriculam and the practice u r going into...My sister says that almost all have their specialties/good points, for example Cornell is better for pediatrics etc.. And Mt. Sianai is great for International Medicine etc..Also residency programs provide the best experince, so it depends on what type of residency programs are available at the schools. SO it depends on what hospitals the schools are associated with etc..My sister's top pic is Cornell overall..But it depends on the ciriculum etc.. There are other variables as well....I can tell you from a business school point of view...I picked my college based upon the best program in my major (it wasnt #1...But it ranked pretty good)... But again, it comes down to what you do there, not whats available....Good luck, i really admire med majors, its a tough road....but well worth it because you are helping ppl....
