Hey guys,

I was watching yesterday's episode (for nth time😆).. I suddenly remembered the guy in the pic who helped inspector control his anger😆 ... he was actually a patient in Sanjeevni.... Atul and Armaan have done rectal exams on him😆..

one more observation... the fan which blew away inspector's wig appeared and disappeared in every alternate scene😆
