The sensuous Madhura Naik is back in news

A woman scorned or threatened is not good news at all. And we recently bumped into the gorgeous Madhura Naik who had hit headlines when she came out with Ali Merchant's threatening calls. Looking drop dead gorgeous, Madhura Naik is riding the crest currently with her parallel lead in Sangam. Confident, she was at attending the launch of Ishtar Healing Centre at a popular suburban eatery, Blue Waters.

Madhura Naik on a spiritual quest was the first question, which popped up! With mischief dancing in her eyes, she said, "No. Not yet. But, I do feel nice being part of something positive. And it is a way to meet up with old friends and keep in touch. She said, "It is interesting how people are looking for alternate healing therapies. It is nice to be educated on the fact that there are options open." She added, "I come from a family which believes in doing good. My father has adopted 12 children. Our family nurtures their education and takes care of their day today activities. I think my spiritual quotient ends there. The feel good factor from a small act is all I need to keep me going."

Coming back to the Ali Merchant episode that looms large every time we talk to Madhura, she says, "There was a time Ali said I was using him merely to get into the Balaji camp. But I want to tell him that I'm in the camp even without his graces."

A very close source on condition of anonymity says, " Madhura is in the Balaji camp. Kambhaqt Ishq, a new college-based show for Sony is in the pipeline and Madhura plays a lead role." When we asked Madhura if she was confirming the news, she chose to maintain her silence. But that left us wondering if Ali had chewed more than he bargained.

Madhura Naik is one actress that we have set our radar on. Though the Ali Merchant- Sara Khan- Madhura Naik feud is pass, yet, the tension lingers and she is not willing to let go of the harsh words. Is Ali going to let her spew a bit more before he reacts or is he just going to adopt Gandhigiri and send her a bouquet of flowers?
