um..she had a severe heart blockage..and she can die any moment..

yea cause the last time i ACTULLY watched kkusum casue its on astitva time! kumud gave her that one hour glass thing

and she said in her head "kumud no u dont know how much time i have left" somthing like that . .so i was wondering

Yeh she does I think it's cancer because my aunt saw an ad and they showed some scene where they were saying she had cancer (and she has no point of living) ~QAZI & RUPU~

No she doesn't have cancer..she has somes heart problems and can die at any moment..
