For me and my darling husband.... watching DMG brings all the sweet memories of our college days- where we first fell in love.
I applaud DMG creatives for keeping it light, fun and real...specially A-R romance right now (till RM , SK, AA romance track develops some more) .Those of you, who are fortunate to be in love (or ever have been) will agree that - A-R's inhibtions, uncertainties, pranks, fights, Roothna, Manaana, Jalan, Bahaane, silly acts , stubbornness, arguments, anxiety, taking each other for granted, heartache, tears,PASSION......are almost like... how it happens in realily....because no-one is perfect.
Men and women are different...but I believe that's what makes it interesting. It's a fact - we can't live without each other inspite of all our differences. Sooner we accept each other's differences... sooner we can experience the happiness that love brings.
When in love, we are ready to do anything for each other...accept change to become a better us. That's what we are seeing in DMG these days...RIDHIMA transforming for ARMAAN because she finally understood how much she loves ARMAAN...and she accepts him for all that he is! Exactly the way Armaan has always loved her, despite her shortcomings. And the realisation that - they are accepted and loved by each other - the WAY THEY ARE.- makes them be so comfortable with each other. Karan and Sukirti are able to portray it very well, being such great actors.
Riddhima is not focussing on - what is not right with Armaan....but what all is- Right about him ( which is a long list indeed đ) And now she understands that true meaning of love is - GIVING...not Taking.
Some of us are wondering about- "so called transformed" Ridhima - now- a happy, fun, normal and CONFIDENT person! But I believe, she was always like that - deep inside.! It's just that - sometimes it takes the POWER OF TRUE LOVE - to bring Out .your true self .
Since the show is not over yet...we will still see some misunderstandings, heartache and all that...but in the end it will all be well...coz LOVE always hopes, always perseveres...LOVE never fails ! And I am sure it will still be shown in DMG's unique - very "close to real" style.
