well, it does help in some ways..

mostly depends on what kind of channel ur watching..

lol..i think it helps them cuz here in US they have this kid channel KERA where there are lots of cartoons and they learn how to pronounce words and learn grammer n all.. that channel is very helpful for both kids and grown ups cuz at night they show things about WW1 and WW2 n all...i watch that all the time..till 2 in the morning😆

first of all, i dont have any kids😆 im only 13.

and it depends on what channel your watching,

liike when my sisterr was very little she used to watch this channel called "treehouse", its filled with baby shows and stuff, but she really leanred a lot from it (:
