Move aside, Abhishek Bachchan. To the back of the class, Sanjay Dutt. Another star has come forward to add vocal power to his performance on screen. And he is Hrithik Roshan.
The buzz is that the desi superhero, like others before him including Big B, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Govinda, has sung a song for his next big film Kites. It co-stars the American beauty Barbara Mori and Bollywood bombshell Kangana Ranaut.
But clearly, if Hrithik has taken the mike for Kites , then that is what audiences will be more keen on taking note of. Papa Roshan, the original high-flier of the family, chose not to acknowledge or deny the news that his son was now finding his voice in Bollywood... after, of course, his famous dance steps and his fabulous body.
And director Anurag Basu, too, kept quiet. Perhaps, the next voice we might hear will be that of the singer himself!
