Imran now approached for terrorist role opposite Shah Rukh in Khan

Ace film maker Karan Johar has approached newcomer Imran Khan for a role in the forthcoming Shah Rukh Khan starrer My Name Is Khan.

It has been rumoured that the part being offered to Imran is the exact one that Karan asked Ranbir Kapoor to play. Ranbir has been stalling to sign but Karan can no longer wait and has gone to Aamir Khan's nephew.

Talking to an Indian website, Karan confirmed the news, saying "I would love to work with Imran; he was fantastic in Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na, there's no denying that Imran has great potential. He's sensational and looks so fresh. "

Imran is cautious on starring with Shah Rukh Khan in this high profile flick and has asked Uncle Aamir for advice. In the film his role will be of a Muslim Jihaadi. Shah Rukh Khan will be playing the title role of a tortured NRI Muslim who resorts to terrorism after his wife is humiliated by Airport officials.

SRK and Imran in the same film, that would be a treat

i can understand why karan would approach either imrana nd ranbir (as they are young, and innocent loookign. ..well imran is anyway)
