T elevision has its muse in film and this is just one more instance. The afternoon soap, Kumkum.. Pyara sa Bandhan completes a six-year run later this month. It will celebrate the occasion with an episode featuring an array of TV stars. Among them are Gautam Rhode, Angad Hasija, Ali Mer- chant, Sara Khan and Jay Bhanushali. The actors will flit in and out the way top stars did in the title track from Om Shanti Om. Two months ago, Banoo Main Teri Dulhann had a climax scene which featured a similar star-stud- ded sequence. The actors and actresses jived to Deewangi. Incidentally, the special episode of Kumkum.. will be aired on Mon- day.. the day the channel Colors launches.
