Priyanka does an Ash at Love Story 2050 Premiere

They say imitation is the best form of flattery. But one finds no reason as to why would someone like Priyanka Chopra want to flatter Aishwarya Rai Bachchan? Strange as it may sound, but the fact is that at the red carpet premiere of Love Story 2050, Priyanka Chopra walked in a look that was so very similar to that of Ash's on day one of Cannes 2008.

If one has to play the popular game of 'Spot the 10 differences' between the two photographs, then, the first difference would obviously be the face but spotting the rest 9 differences seem as tough as combing a bald man! The irony is that Priyanka is one chic who has never drawn flak for her dressing sense, but something somewhere went wrong here.

I highly doubt that Priyanka sat around and said hmmn, "I sooo want to look like Ash. I have no fashion sense, so I'm just going to take a pic of Ash from Cannes and have my stylist make me a dress just like it." Seriously, this is just ridiculous now. Frankly, I don't think either woman pulled off the look. Neither Priyanka nor Ash have the body to pull off the red-carpet Oscar look. They both look so much better in saris!

Not a single actress does that..like I so want to look like another actress..But the whole world has seen ASH in that dress n ofcoz Priyanka aswell...so she should have thought about it..

You said that she ironed her dress as if ASH dress wasnt..ofcoz any1 can wear a black dress..but actresses?n that also which has striking resemblence with the dress which another actress wore...

Leave the dress..What abt the hairstyle?Its almost same as that of ASH's...now c'mon Priyanka fans..dont say that she didnt see ASH's dresses of Cannes..lolsss

i too felt that priyanka's look was lifted off from aishwarya's look at the cannes. if i remember i already said that the first time i saw priyanka's pics from the london premiere of LS 2050.😊 anyways, i think both aishwarya & priyanka have a tad too much makeup on but aishwarya looks better.

on a side note, there are quite a number of indian stars who have worn the same dress as the other. or even some hollywood stars who turn up in dresses indian celebrities wore before vice versa. it's not such a big deal according to me.
