Milind is the eye witness so how can Prachi go Jail? More importantly, if Neev is alive, then no case of murder will come about.

i think neev is still alive because the way they show him dead wasnt that good

Please!!! Nobody is going to jail as of now. And they didnt show that Neev is dead. There is no way Prachi will be blamed or suspected.
