What she cannot understand is why they are making up funny stories about her.
On hearing about a story appearing in an Indian daily about her son's marriage to a Japanese girl, Chadha said, "What son? I don't have a son!"
Err, Gurinder, maybe the story was talking about a screen son?
Considering she is more of a buddy with her cast and crew than mother, we conclude that sometimes there can be smoke without a fire!
