Yeah good advice Indygirl, but there are many ways people insult U both openly and through indirect means and in some cases your silence is taken as a sign of weakness. When for no rhyme or reason u are dragged into a situation and a villificatio campaign is launched, I think one has to then stand up then. Other times one can ignore that is the best way, no doubt difficult.
