Hope they find a donor fast and he recovers quickly, i am of no help as my bg is not A+.

as far as i know for any kind of transplant first the blood group is matched and then the cells n tissues and lot of other stuff. am not sure bout bone marrow but though my Mom n Bro were of same blood type but my Bro cud not donate his kidney as his tissues had not matched, but that was long time back maybe things have changed since then.
