Ekta appeals for help

Ekta Kapoor has time and again gone out of her way to offer any kind of help to those who work for her or are close to her. Since the past two days a distraught Ekta is personally calling everyone she knows to help her director Garry Binder who is reportedly suffering from cancer and requires a bone marrow transplant. Garry who has directed most of her shows including the hits Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii is very close to Ekta Kapoor. He is currently working on the much awaited Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki

When contacted Ekta informs through a text message, "If you are A+ you can donate bone marrow if yours matches after the test. Boy or girl under fifty. It's not a painful process. The process is as simple as blood donation."

Ekta is personally touching base with all those she knows and is circulating the SMS to all and sundry appealing for help. It is also reported that she is getting Mahamrityunjaya mantra chanted for Garry. The Mahamrityunjaya mantra is said to be a life-giving mantra which is chanted for health, wealth and long life.
