Rucha Gujarati in makeover mode too!
After Kumud, it's Kali's turn to get a makeover. Rucha Gujarati, who plays Kali in Kkusum has gone in for a complete blonde look, complete with a fringe.

Rucha, the bubbly girl, who's been playing vicious half sister to Kumud and a flesh in the thorn to Garv and Kumud, says the makeover is in line with the changes the Kkusum plot is taking, as well as for her own self.
"I was getting bored with my straight hair look!" she dimples, adding that Kali is shortly to start donning western outfits on the show. What's the rationale, we probe. " Well, it's because Kali's just mentioned to Garv that now on, she is going to take her life in her hands and be the way she wants to be!" And in real life too, it was getting to be a bit drab, wearing the same look for over a year, she says. Just like Aashka, who went in for an image change, complete with a diet and gym routine to shed a few kilos. And like Aashka, Rucha too says everyone who's been meeting her has been complimenting her on the new look. "I am getting my portfolio done by Dabboo Rattnani shortly, so that was another reason for going in for the makeover," she gushes.
And yes, Rucha's gone to the same hair stylist Perry Patel of Aroma Garden for her new look, as did Aashka. "Oh yes!" she laughs. "Actually, it was the idea of Kkusum's new creative director that the new generation gets a new look. If you notice, even Garv (Chetan Hansraj) has a different look, also done by Perry."
So, we inquire, who's next on the list of makeovers at 'Kkusum'?
"Hmmmm....Kshitij?" parries Rucha naughtily, before signing off.
