Devji Dada tells Sooraj that he was sorry that he misunderstood him. They decide to go the police station to enquire about Bhoomika. In the factory, Bhoomika starts her new job.
Gunmen attack Satpal. Security guards come to the rescue. Devji Dada meets Keshav in the police station. Mansen meets Satpal.
Convinces him that Arjun had sent men to attack him. Asks him to surrender, as jail is the only place where he is safe. Devji Dada, Sooraj, Keshav surprised to know that Arjun has already filed a complaint with the police. In the factory, Bhoomika spots the same man who had stolen her bag.
Gopalji orders him to hand it back and leave his job. Bhoomika requests Gopalji to forgive him. Sooraj meets Arjun and requests him to bring back Bhoomika. Shefali overhears Mansen and Kushal talking about shifting Satpal to the hotel.
