well, i think he is pretending to be autistic right now and may be in his mind he has realized that ayush and sonia are in love with each other by spliting them there is only one good way to pretend to be autistic so ayush would blame sonia and would hate her coz remember back than ayush's father Mr. jaswaal had found out that bodhi is back and he told his wife that i always wanted ayush to stay away from bodhi coz in future their bond of love would in great intense that bodhi would try to take away ayush love and he can't bearing stand someone standing next to ayush as a wife or something
