With Ekta's dream project Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki set to hit the screens, her other daily on 9X is coming to its end. Balaji's Kahaani Hamaaray Mahaabhaarat Ki is airing from 7 July from Monday to Thursday at 9:00 pm in place of Balaji's Kahe Naa Kahe which means the show is reportedly meeting its logical end.

Indrani Mukerjea, Founder & CEO, INX Media, says, "We had commissioned Balaji to make 104 episodes of Kahe Naa Kahe for us but have added 36 more. Kahe Naa Kahe has completed 140 episodes. Now that we have a proper bank of episodes for Mahaabhaarat we decided to air it from 7 July. The show is meeting its normal and logical end."

Mahaabhaarat was earlier slated to air in August so why the haste? A source from the channel says, "When Mahaabhaarat was announced we thought that the bank of episodes will be ready by July end or August and thus the date. But now Balaji has sufficient amount of episodes in the bank so both the channel and Balaji has decided to air it before the scheduled date."
