Shekhar has a clinic or hospital

I think Shekhar has a clinic or Hospital in some village or town and so he went there to visit it !! He makes these trips often !! So he was out of town !!
And he might be a visiting doc in KLM or he started of as a senior doc there then started his own practice..
Shweta must be his collegue when he was in KLM so she knows him or they went t the same medical school..
Maybe Shweta might help Rohini tellin her abt Shekhar's past !! He might have loved smeone but she might have ditched him!! Since Roshan Ammu also said" Janne Ka dard Tumse zyada aur kaun Jantha hai !!"
Shweta might help Shekhu in getting back the smile he lost !! AlsoRohini might realise that Karan is not the dream she is lloking to be like and its Shekhar !!!😳
