Things seem to have brightened up for Smriti Irani, India's best known bahu has turned TV producer and has already made a few shows including Virudh and Mere Apne. The latest on her list is Waaris, which she will produce for Zee TV. She has decided upon the names of the actors also. "The show will star Iqbal Khan, Yuvraj Malhotra, Rucha Gujrati and Aashka Goradia," says a source.

While Smriti was unavailable for comments, Rucha admitted that it is indeed true. "This show will be very youth centric and I have been offered the role of a rich and much pampered girl called Aaditi," she says. One of Smriti's earlier productions Viruddh starring Sushant Singh was taken off air after it failed to raise the TRPs.
