Konkona sen with Ranbir kapoor on screen

Konkona Sen Sharma and Ranbir Kapoor, now that is a great pair to 'Wake-up' to.

After Deepika, Katrina and Priyanka it is the dusky beauty Konkona Sen who will be seen romancing Ranbir Kapoor on screen. Sources reveal that Karan Johar is keen to cast Ranbir and Konkona in a movie which is tentatively titled 'Wake-up Sid'. Ranbir will play a young yuppie that falls in love with a not so attractive older woman which would be played by Konkona.

Karan Johar and Kajol are best friends in the industry and now KJO will be giving Kajol's cousin brother Ayaan his directorial break by producing the movie. Insiders say 'Wake-up Sid' is a romantic comedy and Ranbir-Konkona will be shown tackling the society's opposition and reaction to their relation in a very humorous way. Konkona had two great releases last year 'Laga Chunari main Daag' and 'Aaja Naachley', but both failed at the box-office, the actress desperately needs a good movie and may be this one could really 'Wake-up' Koko's career.
