Varun-Rajeshwari

I just saw the 17th Nov video and felt sad to know that Varun-Rajeshwari have low viewer votes. I hope they are not eliminated in the next round. That'll be very sad since they really dance well and as Malaika said they have really shown a lot of variety.

I too hope that they are not eliminated due to some nonsense TRPs.

I feel they have had the best themes in all six performances. Today, it was breathless......They looked gorgeous and perfect !!!

This episode definitely belonged to Varun and Rajeshwari, it was unbelievable;They did not slack even once, their energy and taut body movements exulted extraordinary grace,their synchronisation was perfect and they as a pair just blended into each other, complimenting each other effortlessly,the icing on the cake being their ability to make those very tough steps look like an everyday job....this from a couple who at the beginning said dancing was not their forte...

They deserve to win this competitiom. I personally favour Archana and Parmeet,but looking at the graph that this couple presented in variety and style and sheer pleasure of just watching them dance together makes me say - hey, way to go Varun and Rajeshwari!!!!👏👏

They get my votes from now on. I want this couple to be there till the last.....

I hate to disagree with you when you say that Varun and Rajeshwari are better dancers than Sachin and Supriya. Sachin and Supriya have been consistent performers for the very first episode. Also, they are way older than varun and rajeshwari still dance with so much grace and agility.

Agreed that varun and rajeshwari have shown variety in their dance, that being a credit to the choreographer, but sachin a supriya also have done certain western choreo in the retro round when they did jive and hip-hop.

The advantage that both of them have - extremely good choreographers, their partners are good in dance. But the reason why sachin and supriya are better is that supriya makes an effort to compliment sachin and she succeds.

I like Sachin-Supriya too Brinda. They really dance well and do some very difficult steps inspite of their age. But I have to give credit to Varun-Rajeshwari too. They have been so varied and the Salsa that they did last time was really too good. Definitely a good choreographer helps but what if they could not do the steps given by the choreographer...they definitely would not have got the 30 that they deserved. And they are the only couple which has got more than 30 marks in two rounds( comedy round and the last round). So I feel bad for them that they don't receive as much audience votes as they should get. Manish-Poonam have got the audience votes but correct me if I am wrong, they don't try anything new and different, they just try and be safe. V-R and Sachin-Supriya do try new stuff and even Archana-Parmeet did it this time by doing a koli song.

I think VArun-Rajeshwari are really good but I am not surprised that they dont get audience votes. Unfortunately, many viewers vote for the best 'couple' not best dancers. Popularity has a lot to do with it. Like, I don;t think Delu-Rajiv are good dancers but you should see how popular they are! They're cute, that's why people vote for them. Rajeshwari is very simple and straightforward and sometimes she comes across as a bit arrogant. And Varun is cute but cannot compete personality-wise with some other stars. taht's the reason V-R don't get enough audience votes. Sad but true.

Ummnnn...well, I don't think anyone said Varun and Rajeshwari are better dancers than Supriya-Sachin. They are not. They are not even the best looking couple on the show (that would go hands down to Apoorva -Shilpa or Amit & Neeru and I don't think anyone can beat Archana-Parmeet in their vibrant chemistry)...nevertheless, what these two have done is to do complete justice to their choreographer's vision. It's because they pulled it off that their choreographer actually could be bold enough to give them this extremly difficult sequence of banda yeh bindas to them.....Even in the comedy theme they were outstanding;beleive me, that number could easily have gone all wrong, could have easily come off as extremely crude and vulgar instead of sweet and funny; like it did with Sai and Shakti with Muthukudi kawadi number. I feel the choreographer in the end gets restricted by what their couple can or cannot do, which if in the positive, in turn emboldens them to try out more and more radical themes. Can you even think of Rajeev and Delnaaz carrying off this banda number or Supriya somersaulting effortlessly in a circle around Sachin? The answer is NO. It's no use for a choreographer to have a vision unless they have the artist to pull it off.

Sachin has always been very agile, and they both are good dancers, they have had their bad days as well, but yesterday they were excellent, the theme was ourstanding and synchronisation perfect - but in the end, the day belonged to Varun Rajeswari, just for doing whatever was given to them perfectly. They were a treat to watch.

If you are asked to practice both the numbers (Sachin Supriya retro -chod do anchal and V-R folk number banda yeh ) and perform on stage a week later, you might at least make an attempt of doing the Sachin Supriya's retro number and get it right, but the number that VR did, well, that will take some real good dancing skills, expressive face, confidence and flexible body even to start thinking about it . The move that Rajeshwari made of swinging an arc off Varun's arms without a single jerk, that was almost a balle. That girl didn't seem to have bones in her body. It was incredible.The tappings were flawless, the grinds perfect, gyrations - effortless, the energy-infectious, the looks -gorgeous. The best part was, inspite of not being a dancer, Varun looked like a pro.

It's really time to separate the grain from the chaffe, and reality is that Poonam and Manish, though being an endearing couple, are not dancers, and the least said of Rajeev and Delnaaz's dancing, the better. I guess in the end, it's rather the cute couple and sweet attitude winning rather than great dancing.
