Romit is happy!

The twenties something lad is busy working in two successful serials.
Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyan and Maayka. Incidentally in both the shows Romit Raj's characters Yuvraj and Jeet have the great fortune of having two women in his life (or should we call it misfortune)! When asked if he has a real life lady-love, he very shyly says, "Currently I am managing four women in my life! How do you think I would have the time?"
So what kind of a girl would he like whenever he were to indulge in someone? "It won't be someone from the industry for sure. I would like a simple fun-loving girl who can take good care of me!"And would he be like the characters he plays in this serial where relationships are concerned; he just says, "Life is unpredictable, although I shall really take care that such things don't surface in real life."
TV serials apart, Romit's acted in movies like Humdum and Yatra, "After Humdum, I started thinking I am SRK. With Yatra, I thought I was almost in for it. But the truth soon dawned upon me when I was out of work for almost one-and-a-half years. I had gone for the audition of Betiyan, from where too I was rejected! With a heavy heart and great dejection; just as I was about to leave the city for good, the producers of the serial gave me a call saying that the earlier person wasn't really suiting the role well and if I would be keen to play the part!" Meanwhile, he has also signed three films "which I cannot really talk about right now. But yes, as much as I enjoy doing serials, I would love to do more films too."
