Geet is actually reducing her personality because of her aunt

but her aunt is very wrong to use Geet's father's money on Lavanya

while she gives Geet old clothes , shoes and school bags

Sukhmani only buys Geet new clothes when her father is coming to

she has actually made Geet believe she cannot have anything as it's wrong

like a simple ice cream, Geet first has to realize it's her uncle's treat

Extremely emotional and everything is so unfair for little Geet in the story that it had me crying at 12am at night reading this. I wish Sukhmani soon becomes Dukhmani for manipulating 2 little girls since childhood. I am eagerly waiting for Maan’s entry because by the end I had enough reading everything Geet was going through, and only waiting for them to grow up and Geet getting her knight in shining armour

Geet was sent away because her father thought he could not take care of her. Who is going to take care of him?

Her aunt seems to come across as all nice and kind, but she hides her inner feelings. She is biased towards Geet.

The aunt is playing with Geet's psychology and gaslighting her. If the grandmother had not seen her, it have gone on.

Geet is young yet so she has no idea her money is being used to buy her adopted family the things while she gets hand me downs. Her aunt is an expert in manipulation.
