Well, the idea as such wasn't that bad (the end episode showed that), so I guess, it got stretched into a series (I read about sub-plots).

For me actual villain is Soni Razdan character.

Imo, it would not make sense to make another thriller with the same persons... the case is closed

but maybe they make a kind of "Shaque: Trust No One"-franchise with other crime stories and other actors/actresses...
