Had the 3 just disappeared, missing complaints could be made but not here.

Eventually a leap happens and initially an actor called Indra Kumar is brought in for Mihir. But he's quickly replaced by Ronit.

So no, Karan wasn't conceived at the same time as Shobha or even around the time of her birth. There's likely at least a couple of months or even longer before he's conceived. We don't know in S1 how much older Karan is to Harsh but Harsh addresses him as Karan Bhaiyya, the only Virani sibling to do so. We are told that Ansh and Harsh were likely either born on the same day or a day apart; so Harsh and Ansh are at least two years or so younger than Shobha since I doubt Tulsi immediately got pregnant after she gave birth for the 2nd time and moreover when she was still recovering from not just the physical toll of pregnancy but the mental toll of her firstborn being kidnapped. Karan was born before Ansh and Harsh but after Shobha per S1.

Ok got it even I asked to chat gpt it said no one actually completey lose their memory it's depends on condition and situation or severe conditions so the person knows how to walk or even not completely forget his mother tongue but some words difficult to pronounce and or sometimes if memory lost is severe so he lost some acent so it's clear he not completely forget language chat gpt said
