I have not read many novels but from what I observed Chinese novel community is heavily prompt driven. If you watch closely you could tell that the output came from the same prompt but different imagination, story setting, character names and stage.

I felt even the Pursuit of Jade novel is inspired from another novel but you wouldn't like to hear

For rebirth plots, Qian Shan Cha Ke is the OG writer. She's been writing since 2012 and you can see her plots in crumbs all over the newly released rebirth stories. That's why I recommended some of her novels in my recs list. If you read her stories, you have the blueprint to all other stories

Have you watched Blossoms of Power? If so tell me how many similarities are there between Shen Xihe and Shen Miao. Xiao Huayong is inspired from another QSCK novel. Even the birth details were 'inspired'. I felt like the author read 2 novels and thought what if the male lead from 'this' novel and female lead from 'that' novel had a story and BOP came to be

Ps:- I've watched Blossom now. It has a good story and a happy ending.

There's a dream sequence where the two of them run toward each other from opposite directions and hug. It was shot so beautifully.

I don't know much about filmmaking, but one thing I'm sure about is that the director POJ really knows how to use camera angles.

He knows exactly which direction to shoot from and how to capture a scene, and that was very evident in Blossom too

I watched Spy × Family about 1 or 2 years ago.

The concept is really good, but I feel they've dragged the main secret way too much.

I thought they'd reveal their real identities by S2 or S3, but even now the two leads don't know the truth about each other.

Since the show is so popular, I feel they might keep stretching it for several more seasons.

Also, Japanese audio irritates me a little, so I'm waiting for the English or Hindi dub. Overall, the concept would make a great live action drama.

LOTFG?? Not really!! Which scenes do you find similar to LOTFG?

That's the director's iconic shot plus the arrow through the female lead's earring scene! He didn't use it in POJ though but another production of his has both scenes

Soul exchange is a type of rebirth which is pretty common. 2 souls co-existing like BOP is quite rare. Other than BOP, Hidden Shadow (upcoming) has that concept. By that logic, even The Double follows the same pattern

Do you know why they didn't use that? Because Fang Changyu never wore earrings. She only dressed up once, when the princess gave her that outfit.

And when they had to tie the ribbon on the old tree...

Fan Changyu was neither a typical noble family girl nor her daily life require her to dress up I can't imagine a butcher wearing long earrings that dangle every time she chops! And Fan Changyu had never been in such a vulnerable state that she needed such a one knee slide hug from Xie Zheng. I can't imagine this either

I don't remember now but I guess the 2nd CP had some similar moments....

More or less all rebirth concepts are wash and repeat
