Yeah I think, if this is true, the focus is more on the 64 countries than which countries / picture. FIFA has seen the amazing football it can give us. It will give the 'smaller' football countries chances too.

I heard Trump wants another WC in the States.

Italy should be there too. More countries can qualify then. Perhaps more African and Asian countries too.
