Spain saved their best performance for the SF and completely outplayed France. I hope they repeat it in the final if Argentina wins today.

It's kind of shocking that France couldn't score a single goal despite having the best attacking players in the tournament.. probably just wasn't their day.

It looks like the Spanish GK will win the Golden Glove. He has conceded only one goal so far in the tournament, against Belgium.

France Players are aware they didn’t play the game like they should have played. If they have lost, they have lost against themselves.

but they really gave some interesting games during this WC. Not taking that away from them. At the end there will be only one winner and it was probably not theirs this year.

I still can’t get over how France went out. I’m not surprised or sad they lost but it’s how they lost that’s making me feel sadness.

It’s crazy to think the only team Spain hasn’t beaten is Cape Verde and after today’s game it makes one appreciate Cape even more. I thought this World Cup will be a disaster because we are hosting it but ignoring few things from the government it’s been pleasantly surprising experience. We got to meet so many talented teams and players and the whole thing is not what I and many others expected it to be. It turned out to be incredible.
