Episode begins with Babuji supporting Anupama in buying her dream house , he reprimands Toshu n Pakhi for badmouting Anupama. They both themselves were good for nothing .
At Kothari mansion Moti baa and Khyati take lots of efforts to make sure Rahi n Prem remain united n this family stays united . Prem n Rahi assure Moti baa nd Lao promise one another life long support .
Organisers arrive next morning g as both families are entering g their respective cafes. They have come to brief the participants n suggest they conduct their briefing in Anupama’s cafe . Prem declares his reservations in entering LUZ cafe n warns he reserves the right to check who enters his Anuj cafe , glaring at Anupama.
Digvijay finds away out n arranges this briefing /meeting in the space between the two cafés .
The organisers are very happy to know this contest will bring Maa beti and saas damaad face to face in opposite teams . The directors feel their show has got lots of response online and has increased the prize money from 40 lakhs to 50 lakhs. Everyone is very happy . Babuji and Digvijay tell Anupama that it will be easier to buy her dream house . Anupama declares she will get her own house n also Digvijay’s Saavi mansion .
Organisers then advise the team leaders to select team of six family members for the next round . They should select wisely as every team member’s cooking contribution will count .
At Kothari mansion Prem requests Moti baa to be part of his team, she is proud to be invited n agrees , next Prem invites Khyati , but she has reservations . Rahi remarks that Khyati is friends with Anupama n does not wish to oppose her . Meera readily agrees and warns Pari to join Prem n not her Anumaa. Pari feels hesitant n confused
At shah house , Anupama is yet to select her team . Toshu Pakhi are greedy for the prize money and decide to become team with Anupama (solely for prize money) Anupama asks them to show their expertise in a small test . As they get busy with their test .. they exhibit without doubt how useless they are.
