Right now flat pitches of IPL have spoiled the players and also thanks to Shreyas's decisions

Now ODIs can save ICT in sense that Gill is there and Rohit and Virat are experienced

They are putting a lot of pressure on him

But even more so, by not letting him play even after selection in the squad.

Either play him or don’t take him along. It’s as simple as that. If it’s a good batting tract, use him then & he’ll definitely shine!

Situation is very complicated now...Sanju is left out because of him. Both won't be happy. Plus Left Right combination is not there.

Vaibhav has performed OK to very good under other coaches ...He had played ODI in English condition. It will take time for him to adapt environment in Senior team. something is not right. He never comes out of crease to play the shot. If his performance will be like this than definitely they will not include him in squad...That will break him more.

Coaches from the era of Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, Vengsarkar are far better and knows how to train very young players. They show more patience to them.

I may be wrong but his debut looked forced and sudden..Jay Shah was present in England..Otherwise why GG did not give him one match in Ireland? He, other coaches and Shreyas kept denying when faced media. Then suddenly they debut him directly versus England in second T20.

Let see how he performs under VVS laxman..
