As for the precap, I don't know what they mean is fake, it's showing at the end of every episode. The show doesn't show imagination or dream sequence so the promo could be real, we just have to wait and see
If the precap is real, then that means Aarambhi finally does not fall into one of Avantika's traps. And I hope it's true.
What's so silly to me is that Avantika performs the the same tricks and Aarambhi never becomes wise to them or question when something is off if it's Avantika's doing. Avantika has mixed pills in Aarambhi's drink before so hopefully this time she will connect Avantika to the kheer incident and finally get her out of the house. Avantika should also be fired and her medical license cancelled for improper usage of prescription drugs.
