Dear, BOI giving Gangu's budget as 180 cr doesn't make official budget or the actual cost. They have a system by which they gave every film's budget. If you not notice, I said in my earlier post also, Official Budget kisi ke paas nahi aate except producer himself. So Budget pe maari maari kion karni.

Film gets trashed on the opening day by critics and reviews and audience feedback

Then the convo steers to

“it’s all online hate, outside the film is being liked…my aunt’s sister watched it and said the theatre was houseful”

“For a female led film, this is great” (worst insult, it’s like saying “hey u play well for a girl”)

“Look book my show shows houseful”

*enter screenshots of empty theatres and corporate booking claims*

“Ok well it’s got some flaws it’s not terrible”

*enter troll worthy clips from the film circulating online*

“Hey there were much worse films that did much better”

*enter underwhelming day 1 numbers*

“Word of mouth is better…it will grow over the weekend”

“It will recover the budget ya….budget is now half of what the pre release claimed”
