It's L only.. since A's face registers shock.. not relief. Even if L can't break the car or doesn't have keys.. he can enter the car through dickie.. since it wasn't closed properly

Maybe R catches them before L can escape with A somewhere else.. Vivaan tells R for a reason that all staff are at hospital helping the dad so that no one is there to help R catch L and hand him to police.

L kuch bhi kar sakta hain can even put car on fire To bring attention towards it or even take her somewhere else or hurt her
