Pakhi didi walked so that Sheetal could run

To be honest I can't stand this Smokey overdosed Pakhi . She's pukeworthy . I hope Shiv manages to outsmart her and gets to know the truth. Where's Balram, Saurabh and Maya? If not Shiv atleast these three can do something to save both Shiv and Shalini.

As much as I am loving Neil's performance in these episodes, the episodes are no longer ticking me. I thought Smokey will be entertaining, but nope! She is plain annoying. She needs to get back her aura of being a crazy shooter wanting to K*LL him; and him nabbing her, but what the heck is this of "Don't leave me, Shiv." "I am your wife, Shiv", "We will raise both kids"

Loved the fact Parshuram wanted to investigate on Shiv's murder and his trust on Shalini; but I am still confused with Shalini's thought process. It keeps changing.

Episodes are now sad and not thrill! Get the aura back with that background music, and make Smokey go back to her cameo role, bring back squad.

Yeah this track feels disconnected

This track came in OG when everyone had their cover blown out and Sheetal isn't involved anyhow there. Rather she actually saved Shiv. It's a huge conspiracy in OG with this track. Here they brought may be due to slot change and Sheetal-Shiv is received hugely here. Like online engagement and even episodic TRPs wrt Sheetal and Shiv comes really good. Now they're modifying this here wrt the tracks here. I know the episodes look sadder but trust me it's gonna good with each passing episodes when Shiv will be alright.

Yeah I wish they followed og track! The episodes are good just that it feels disconnected with the flow of things

I didn't feel like writing anything for today, without Neil in action it's just dull.

@Anindita: I was keen on Smokey's character because it was stronger and intriguing. Smaller space but bigger presence type. However, what I see now is worse version of Pakhi. Her passion for killing Shiv>> Touchy Smokey

The whole chase was really good! But longer screen presence also makes me not like an actor, like other side characters

Also, not sure of OG but here also Smokey is the one to save Shiv, plus since day 1 makers have made it clear that Deshmukh family's evil eye was Smokey! Every time they said, may no evil eye touch us, they showed her, so I assumed it was always going to be her but definitely not like this way

What i am thinking is this to make some semblance to what is happening.

Smokey is the one who shot Shiv. The witnesses saw a woman shooting him. There are two viewpoints from which the other tourists might have seen all this. The people we see now has seen ONLY shalini holding the gun, but there might be people who must have seen Sheetal handling the gun. Why else is she there at the same spot?!!

Shiv has to get this clue, to unwind everything. He is confused now by remembering Shalini with the gun. As an investigatior, this is direct proof that ONLY shalini could have shot him. But why would she do that? That is all he is thinking about. Once he connects that sheetal was also there in the spot, it becomes crystal clear to him. I like the way he is still trying to work as an investigator, even if he has his dear wife as suspect. It is difficult for him but he is shown to struggle with that conflict. Neil is acing it here. It is delightful to watch him navigate such kind of emotional situations.

What makes me disconnected is the way shalini is handling things. I expect her to be much more brave, strong and unapologetic in her pursuit of truth. We have had enough evidence that she is not what she seems to be! So they could have explored more of that side here. Now by keeping her quiet, it shows that she is some regular timid housewife. You can still greive for your missing husband while being strong in pursuing the truth. And what was that reaction to the crowd who is abusing her?! I would expect her to shut them down and even physically resist them ... It looks so weird to see her like this all of a sudden. She was the one who slapped Kabir multiple times without any fear!
