So like Team A - 2, Team B - 2, Team B wins. Technically the penalty shootout doesn't count in goal count. It is a separate count.

I have to wait a bit before sending my expectations for the top 32.. I need to see if my predictions are true.

Those friendly games give different impression. Many weak teams surprised me. And many good teams disappointed. I think they didn't want to get their players injured.
