3 talaqs rule is the same even if no consumation happened. He can't return her after that unless she marries another man, and after he divorces her she may return to the 1st husband.

Faskh is another topic. It happens if the marriage wasn't correct from the beginning, or if the wife asked Qazi to separate her from her husband. In Seher's case, this marriage was a forced one.. but she accepted it, she was underage, but she didn't stated it as a reason to annual her marriage .. So in this case it is all about Mahid giving her talaaq.. which means he has only one talaaq, and they will be separated.

I am the only one who haven't enjoyed today's maher scenes

I have expected something emotional yearning though both have accepted mutually their seperation but instead of what o got celebration of dada huzur accepted he is wrong and seher 's result

Their body language was also quite normal it looks seperation is not hurting them

I am odd one out 😂😂

I just watch the clips. I find it funny how Mahid and Seher are not bothered by their repeated talaaqein. In today's ep they were acting like old friends preparing for a picnic.

Who needs enemies when you have a family like Mahid's?

I wasn't surprised by Haider or Phufi's actions. The lust for power is corrupting. She is going to kill her father to make her son mufti. She couldn't get make her son a better person? A vile pair of mother and son.

I was really hoping Dada Huzur would be around after the leap. I wanted to see him see Mahid become mufti. Sadly the whole leap and whatever weird storyline they have in mind ruined that. Another trauma for Mahid; he is barely processing his mom's and pain of losing Seher and now his grandfather's death.

I'm glad Kausar got to know Amal is Munira. This whole track just feels semi cringe. What 15 year old is wandering around at night with no parent worried. And then ran away again after putting together Parvez is her Dad. I guess it is a valid reaction after what he tried to do to her but she brushed off Kausar being her mom after all the tantrums she threw to Fareed and Sultana.

Also, Fareed and Kausar playing house yesterday was weird.

MaHer was adorable today. I really enjoyed them teasing Tahir. Tahir is in this mess because of Mahid but poor guy. I love how the friendship between Mahid and Tahir, Tahir and Seher and between the 3 of them is so different.

Mahid has picked up so many of Seher's antics that he doesn't realize it. Can you imagine 3 months ago Mahid going to the kitchen let alone sneaking into it. 😂

I hope we get to see this party/picnic before all the deaths and drama.
