How can we unlock a private forum chat thread which got locked due to inactivity .
Open the thread that has been locked due to inactivity.
Click on the circular menu/icon on the right-hand side of the page.
Select "Edit Topic" from the available options.
Scroll down until you find the "Lock Topic" option.
If there is a tick/check mark to "Lock Topic", click on it to remove the tick.
Save/ Update the changes.
Once the tick is removed, the thread will be unlocked and open for new posts again.
