I think, this is what Hinna meant. The IF icon from the web browser tab/s and web browser bookmarks.

Yes, the icon is missing from both.

As you can see Google, Cricinfo and Cricbuzz icons are visible but IF icon is missing from the tab (the second tab in the picture) which is the cricket thread I just opened.

Cached images and files on our devices remain as is until we open and refresh those pages. That is why you can still see the yellow ribbon on some pages. Once you open that page and refresh, the yellow ribbon will disappear along with the icon from the bookmark list for that page.
